ReadyNAS OS 6.6.1 now available!
Release notes for 6.6.1 are available here. Please read these before updating.
This is an important update for users of the Anti-Virus service.
If you use apps please read Community app compatibility with ReadyNAS OS 6.6.1 and NETGEAR app compatibility with ReadyNAS OS 6.6.1 before upgrading
N.B. Devices updated with 6.6.1 firmware should not be downgraded to earlier firmware versions.
This firmware is available for the following systems:
arm (RN102 / RN104 / RN202 / RN204 / RN212 / RN214 / RN2120)
x86_64 (RN312 / RN314 / RN316 / RN516 / RN526x / RN626x / RN716x / RN3130 / RN3138 / RN3220 / RR3312 / RN4220 / RR4312)
RN102, RN104 & RN2120:
- Systems running firmware older than 6.2.1 should update to 6.2.4 first. Then update from 6.2.4 to 6.6.1

NB: A ReadyNas is not an excuse not to have a backup. Fire, theft, multiple disk failures, other hardware failure, floods, user negligence etc. can all result in loss of data.
