Any information on when curl is likely to be updated? I think this will fix my backup ftp issues.

What's the model number and FW version of your NAS? What Curl and which one are you trying to update?
I need more information about this so I could help and ask someone who could be familiar with it.

cURL won't be updated until 6.6.0, and we don't have an ETA on that yet. If you can tell us how to reproduce the issue you are having, we can (a) see if a newer cURL will actually fix the issue, and/or (b) fix the issue in the current cURL version.
