Hi,
After some testing I found that 'Enable Force FTPS' won't force TLS/SSL.
I'm not entirely sure if I need SSL certificate to be able to connect using FTPS or if there is a bug.
My firewall is not blocking (yes, I tried disabling it). FTP settings are:
I'm using this service : https://ftptest.net/ to diagnose and get '500 AUTH not understood' error.
A solution to this error provided on ProFTPD forum: https://forums.proftpd.org/smf/index.php?topic=11156.0
I dont' sknow how to acess the proFTPD settings on ReadyNAS but assume all my settings at default.
On the other hand if what I'm seeing is not a bug but a certificate issue, then where do I start?
Software/hardware is: ROS firmware 6.6.1 on RN102
Thank you so much for the help,
Pavel

mdgm,
Thanks for pointing to this option (indeed I looked at it earlier in the software manual, but misinterpreted this option.
Tested with 'Enable FTPS' checked and everything works wonderfully as seen on the screenshot.
A big thank you,
Pavel

Your screenshot shows that Enable FTPS is unchecked. Try checking that as well and applying your changes and see if that helps.
