Firmware update, stuck at "Booting... Update FW"

Just tried to upgrade to 6.7.3 using the GUI

Takes a long time on Updating FW, then tries to startup but process gets stuck at 79%, then says failed startup, retry startup, continues like this.

If I push the power button once the display indicates fvbackup-g.servi

Booting into read only mode leads to the message "Updating FW" for a long time then boot gets stuck at 75% with retry startup repeatedly.

Unble to download logs through RAIDar

Everything is backed up but I'd really like to avoid  having to reset.

If you have updated to 6.7.3 and ran into this issue please try USB Boot Recovery (note for those using RAIDiator-x86 systems such as the Pro 6 you'll need to use the RAIDiator-x86 4.2.x USB Boot Recovery tool with the OS6 firmware renamed to RAIDiator-x86-something) with ReadyNAS OS 6.7.4 which is now available!

If you have not yet upgraded please upgrade to 6.7.4 rather than 6.7.3. If your system has already been fixed I would still suggest updating to 6.7.4 the normal way using the web admin GUI.
