Hello,
it is possible to make a factory reset in the RN10400 without losing the data? Possibly factory reset using a different disk, and then the full disks again? Have the problem, the boot process at 99% hangs and the NAS after 5 hours still boots. Furthermore, with booted NAS the reaching of the Adminpage is not possible, which is probably due to a faulty deinstallation of an APP under a previous firmware. The firmware 6.7.0 T180 is currently installed.
Greetings

You'll need to make a backup if you can access the data.
Then of course you can do your factory reset.
Did you try an OS reinstall?

Re: Multiple Problems
The configuration is stored on the disk(s). So doing a Factory Default on a temporary disk is useless. If you try to boot in Read-Only mode via the Boot Menu, is your NAS reachable?

Re: Multiple Problems
Yes, the NAS is reachable in Read Only Mode, but not the Adminpage. Boot complete.
In Normal Mode boot stops at 99% at fvapp-plexmedias.

Re: Multiple Problems
Hi,
I have unfortunately not the possibility to secure 6TB of data. OS reinstall I have already done and also usb recovery. This was all without effect.

Re: Multiple Problems
Without looking at the logs or at the machine directly, there isn't much that people can do to help you.
If you can extract the logs from RAIDar, then let me know and I can tell you where to look for clues.
As you're running the beta F/W, maybe you should ask in the Beta subforum, which is where the devs are looking more at the posts, or maybe a moderator can move this thread to that section...

Re: Multiple Problems
Yes, I have the firmware updated after the error "Adminpage not reachable".
With the firmware 6.7.0 T180 came then also still the bootproblem to it. Starting the NAS is only possible as ReadOnly. I have sent my logs to mdgm.
Greetings

Re: Multiple Problems
I understand you've decided to do a factory reset (wipes all data, settings, everything).

Re: Multiple Problems
Yes, it was the best option. We talk about that at last Saturday over pn. The Problems are to many.
