Beta 1 and Beta 2 were very early betas much earlier than for our normal beta cycle. The message about that was removed when we posted Beta 3. In a normal Beta cycle this Beta 3 may have been a Beta 1.
We continue to make new builds and based on our QA and the feedback from public beta testers there will likely be further changes.
Even after the final public RC there can sometimes be a few minor changes that make it into the production firmware.
Whether or not you wish to try beta firmware reading the Release Notes should give you a good indication of what's coming.
