OS 6.4.0-T112 Beta 2 lost network connection with 2120 v2

am using 2120 v2 and flashed with os 6.4.0-t112

after few hours the network connection no longer available and a full power down is needed to restart.

it seems i cannot downgrade to 6.2.4 6.2.5 or 6.3.5 as per warnings in the release note.

i tried thru management UI's System->Settings->Update->Install Firmware sectioni tried with earlier versions and the 3 fans not working.

can i flash with earlier versions and then do a factory reset to revert fully?

thanks mdgm

6.4.0 t112 would not allow me to choose any mode of bonding. and the led lights would not blink when there is data transfer.

i bite the bullet and thru web gui installed the 6.2.5 rc1, started the factory default reset.

just time consuming setting up config and copying data from backup overnight. looking fine at this moment with the re installed 6.2.5 rc1.

Downgrading is not supported and will be prevented in future betas

There are one way upgrades in 6.4.0.

Were you using NIC teaming/bonding. Did you download logs on 6.4.0 when you had issues? If so, please send them in (see the Sending Logs link in my sig).

Without logs we can only speculate as to what may have happened.
