Problem with backup jobs reporting on RN102 and RN104 after update to FW6.4.0 final

After updating 3 NAS (1 RN102, 1RN104 and 1RN314) is RN314 OK, but 2others (RN102 and RN104) got problems with Backup Job reportings.

 

Job name In this case is "Documents_Personal_Cajo7n"

I make job and after 1st run (or after 1st run after deleting log for existing backup job):

 

I got this in e-mail:

 

Successfully completed backup job Documents_Personal_Cajo7n.

and this is in jobs log:

It seems to me as if NAS is sending "1 log BACK".

For 1st run send nothing.

For 2nd run send info from 1st run (look at the start and finish times)

After 3rd run unit send data (log info) from 2nd run. And so on for othe runs...

 

Report sending by e-mail i -1 run.

 

It is same for all backup jobs on both RN10x NASes, type of backup job (rsync, share) and source/destination does not make any differences in behaviour.

 

Delete and create new jobs on 6.4.0 make no diference in behaviour of NASes.

If is job run manually or automatically (scheduled) - no difference in reporting situation.

 

Only thing that make difference is ERASE LOG for the job.

 

On RN314 unit is all OK.

 

Can someone look at this problem? I need to get accurate data for e-mail report. If job repeates 1 time in 24hrs, i get 1 day old report.

and some other info on RN10x units:

 

apps running: SMB plust, istat, PHPSysinfo.

Antivirus disabled, some shares have snapshots. Raid is on RN104 40% free, on RN102 about 60% free.

Some new facts.

 

Some job sent logs from LAST backup Befor update to FW 6.4.0., some 1 -2 days old.

RN314 is affected as well. Sending 1 - 2 days old logs for backup jobs.

1. What was the old firmware version before you upgraded it to 6.4.0 final release?

2. Did this issue exist before you upgraded to 6.4.0 release?

3. Could you please confirm that the issue only exsits in your RN1x not RN314 devices?

4. Could you please enable remote support at System->Settings->Support and then tell us the port number? So that we can get more info for your device.

enabled od RN104 (my unit) (2pcs RN102 and 1 RN314 are my customers)

all NASes have production data.

 

1. What was the old firmware version before you upgraded it to 6.4.0 final release?

     One RN104 and two RN102 units was FW 6.2.5 (final),  RN314 was FW 3.2.4 (final) no betas were tested. All NASes are in production enviroment.

2. Did this issue exist before you upgraded to 6.4.0 release?

No. All was OK, there was no problem with any units except my RN104 wich has problem with defrag. (after checing by MDGM told me to wait until update to FW 6.4.0 which solved my defrag problem on this NAS.

3. Could you please confirm that the issue only exsits in your RN1x not RN314 devices?

As I added later, issue is affecting all NASes. I can confirm that 314 is affected with rhis issue and sending logs for backup jobs with data 1 pass back (previous run of the backup job)

4. Could you please enable remote support at System->Settings->Support and then tell us the port number? So that we can get more info for your device.

 

Enabled on 1 RN104 with comment "KARDANO104" port 51274
