ReadyNASOS 6.10.0-T181 (Beta 1) - app icons broken - specific to 1 device

Ok, i updated 4 readynas to 6.10-t181 and all updated successfully, however one I must have somehow broke something, after the update my app icons show the broken icon

the other 3 devices are fairly stock and not having any problem with icons.

I have these in the frontview log, which were not there prior to my updating.

Figure this is somehow related to the icons not working (on any of the apps), for either installed and the available sections.

I confirm, same issue here.
And PhpSysinfo not accessible anymore. connection non authorised.

I uninstalled PhpSysinfo then now icons are back
I have re installed PHP and icon still there.

This seems to be resolved with beta 2, I made no other changes, and the icons are back and seem to be working.
