Well, I am facing the same panel issue.

Noticed the panel is lit up continuously and it does not respond to the touch. This is with the RN516. Rebooted the box, but the panel light does not switch off, the display does though.

I think I'll be downgrading/reverting to 6.2.2 (if possible) or 6.2.3.

EDIT - successfully downgraded to 6.2.2. Went through without any hiccups. The panel light is now switched off and it responds to the touch. 6.3.3 needs more testing!

We have been unable to reproduce this problem so far.

Just updated my 516 and the update didn't take long and the panel is not lit up.

OK...i have PLEX, smb plus and lms installed. Can it be linked to antivirus ?
What about 3rd hdd not mounted under storage (visible in front view) ?

Can you provide a screenshot? I'm not sure what you mean about the 3rd hdd not being mounted under storage. See all 6 of your SSDs are being used by your volume.

External hdd. Got 2 on esata OK but if i plug one more on USB it is not accessible from storage...

Do you only have your other issues when external drives are connected?

Did all the external drives show up properly on previous firmware?

Only with external hdd. It was also the case with previous firmware. Did a BIOS update already...
