I agree it would be a nice option.
I believe that option should encrypt the files on ACD (just encrypting the protocol seems insufficient if the cloud files themselves are open).
Similarly it would be a nice option to be able to encrypt files on USB drive backups.

I have the same problem.
I don't want to sync all my ACD to my NAS. I'm syncing multiple computers to ACD already and I dont want those folders/files on my NAS (besides my NAS is not big enough to store everything that I have in Cloud).
Is there a way to introduce backup funtion to ACD instead of Sync? The idea is to prevent situation where in situation that I or someone delete the file from NAS I can still retrive it from cloud.

I'm only aware of external tools - like Syncovery.
