I hope someone can help with my problem.
I am running a Readynas Pro 4 using 6.5.0.RC3 and a PC using Windows 10 with Avant Browser and Downloader.
When using Readynas Admin/System/Logs and clicking Download Logs the following happens:-
Nothing for about 15 seconds
Avant Downloder then opens inviting me to save a file https://192.168.1.5/dbbroker (IP is my Nas on my local network) which I do
The download always fails giving generic "Server Error Code: 500"
I do not know if this a Readynas or Network or PC issue (all other downloads to PC from net work fine)
Please do not ask me to post my logs......I can:t 😞
A bit of a novice but I am happy to SSH into my Readynas if needed.
Please Help !!!!
p.s. Sorry if this is in wrong topic group as I am not flagging it as a problem in OS6 Beta

After further trial and error I think my problem was down to how my browser handles downloads
Thanks to mdgm for help
