Duo V1 - Visible in RAIDar, NFS, but no SMB or Frontview
I've had a Duo running for 5 years. Sometime within the last few months, I noticed that I was no longer able to connect to Samba shares, nor use Frontview via the web. I get the Basic Authentication prompt, but my password no longer works, nor does the default.
Using RAIDar 4.1.12, the unit is discovered and everything is green. I also noticed that NFS is still running, and I am able to mount then, read and write files.
I have also tried connecting the unit directly to a laptop with a single isolated, cable, but was unsuccessful in connecting. I had installed the sshd module sometime in the past, and it connects, but then immediately exits.
I have had no changes to my router or it's firmware in at least a year. I'm ruling the network out for now. The Duo is connected via GigE directly into my router.
Any idea what happened, my best guess is that an auto-update on the Duo went south? In either case, I'm wondering what the best plan to attempt a recovery is? Reading the forum, reinstalling the Duo OS seems to be the recommendation.
Obviously, the unit is no longer in warranty, but I guess I could call support for grins and giggles.
Looking for any advice on how to proceed.

SSH in as root not admin. Then do
# df -h
# df -i

Re: Duo V1 - Visible in RAIDar, NFS, but no SMB or Frontview
Can't log in as root. Tried all the standard passwords. I'm actually surprised I didn't install a PubKey, since that's typically what I do for all of my other ssh setups.
I tried a default of "password" too, just in case. Still no good.
When I tried the user I normally use with everything, and do an ssh -x -v I see the following:
debug1: client_input_channel_req: channel 0 rtype exit-status reply 0
Linux NAS 2.6.17.14ReadyNAS #1 Wed Jun 20 20:08:20 PDT 2012 padre unknown
debug1: channel 0: free: client-session, nchannels 1
Connection to nas.local closed.
Transferred: sent 2824, received 2656 bytes, in 0.1 seconds
Bytes per second: sent 46951.7, received 44158.5
debug1: Exit status 0
Clearly I'm seeing the motd, and some info about the system. Looks like it can't spawn a shell.
Since I couldn't get in, I did the df -h and df -i via NFS. Data Blocks are at 88%, inodes 2%
What would you suggest next?

I suspect a full OS partition.
One option is to pull off the data and do a factory reset (then reconfigure the NAS and reload the data).
