How many users on your LAN will be accessing the nas simultaneously?
What switch make and model do you have?

With the RN104, teaming doesn't improve performance (the NAS isn't fast enough to saturate a single gigabit connection). So I wouldn't bother with any of them for that NAS.
If you have a smart switch that supports 802.3ad LACP, then use that. Otherwise use adaptive load balancing.

No Switch, hooked up to "Netgear R6300 Router" with two Eth5e cables.

Ok, you could use adaptive load balancing; however as StephenB has indicated, you will not see any benefit with the 104, or even with the faster units unless you have many simultaneous connections to the nas.

It is on "Round-Robin" now... it will not go to "Adaptive LB" ,
I have been hooked-up this way for a Year.

Re: ReadyNAS RN104 Network Bond0 (Teaming Mode)
Have you read this:
http://kb.netgear.com/ci/fattach/get/82/1261408476/redirect/1/session/L2F2LzEvdGltZS8xNDM3NTE1ODE4L3...
Have you tried disabling the bond, then setting it up again after a reboot with ALB.
It sounds like you would need to use a switch to enable it, but apart perhaps for failover protection, what do you want to achieve?
What firmware are you running?
