Yet another new thread with even less information than before.
It won't help you to post all around instead of spending some time on your NAS (with unknown status - new or years old with a lot of data) bottom up.
HDDs OK?
RAID OK?
Volume OK?
Access rights set by shared folder?
And then please try to understand why experienced community members like @Sandshark are askin' questions. There could be a zillion of reasons or problems, more than what you explained in two very vague and short questions on SMB and FTP. We're happy to help you out if possible...

PS. SMB or FTP are not ReadyCloud. Unsure why you are posting in the ReadyCloud
thread. So it's even more confusing from where and how you try to access your ReadyNAS. On a LAN? VPN? Web? App?
