A folder got stuck on indexing 0%

Dear NetGear community. 

 

I have ReadyNAS 312.

A laptop is in the same local network as the NAs device and something happened few week ago that made one of the folders got stuck at Indexing 0%.

Restarted the NAs - didn't help.

Logged out and logged back in to ReadyCLOUD app - didn't help.

Is there anything else I should try?
