Amazon S3 Sync Fails - DATABASE_EXCEPTION
I recently enabled Amazon S3 cloud backup on my ReadyNAS running 6.10.2. Everything worked fine for a few hours and then I started seeing the following error in amazon-s3.log.
Mar 11 10:02:21 NAS ng-csd[24563]: E0311 10:02:21.694487 24563 SyncEngine.cpp:715] Faild to get changes. DATABASE_EXCEPTION: Read only: attempt to write a readonly database Mar 11 10:02:21 NAS ng-csd[24563]: E0311 10:02:21.694558 24563 SyncEngine.cpp:1592] Failed to downsync changes. DATABASE_EXCEPTION: Read only: attempt to write a readonly database Mar 11 10:02:21 NAS ng-csd[24563]: Failed to cache node to snapshot. node = Node metadata: { id = shared/, isFolder = 1, isTrashed = 0, name = shared/, localName = shared/, path = /shared, mimeType = , size = 0, createdTime = 2020-03-10T03:10:23.000000Z, modifiedTime = 2020-03-10T03:04:24.000000Z, checksum = d41d8cd98f00b204e9800998ecf8427e, parentId = , isShared = 0, oneDrive = OneDriveSpecific: { driveId = , isRemote = 0, remoteId = , remoteDriveId = } }, DATABASE_EXCEPTION: Read only: attempt to write a readonly database Mar 11 10:02:21 NAS ng-csd[24563]: Faild to get changes. DATABASE_EXCEPTION: Read only: attempt to write a readonly database Mar 11 10:02:21 NAS ng-csd[24563]: Failed to downsync changes. DATABASE_EXCEPTION: Read only: attempt to write a readonly database
On the Cloud configuration tab the "Amazon S3" section has a green icon next to it thinking everything is synced properly but after checking my Amazon S3 bucket I can see files are missing.
I'm assuming the DATABASE_EXCEPTION is coming from the ReadyNAS side but I'm sure how to ultimately fix the permission issue. Any input you can provided would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Matt

Re: Amazon S3 Sync Fails - DATABASE_EXCEPTION
I ended up upgrading from 6.10.2 to 6.10.3. I also recreated my Amazon S3 settings and now everything appears to be working.
I'm not sure what the earlier error was about but now it appears to be fine that I'm running 6.10.3.
