Bug - Quota Issues? Error: 1002030001

I am getting the Not Enough Free Space error (as referred to here), but do not have set quotas. The disk has 875GB free. The share properties shows the quota section blank.

Is there a default or implied quota if none is explicitly set? When I try to set an explicit quota amount, like 400GB, I get this error:

Model: ReadyNAS 102

Firmware: 6.10.2

Context: shares_panel_volume

Error:

Is quota enabled on the volume (check the volume settings wheel on the volume tab)?

Any errors related to the free space in the root?

@StephenB

Thanks for pointing that settings section out, I never stumbled across it before.

Yes, the Quota checkbox is checked. Unfortunately, trying to uncheck and apply gives an error:

Model: ReadyNAS 102

Firmware: 6.10.2

Context: system_wnd_prop_volume

Error:

Can you download the log zip file?

@StephenB yes...anything in particular to look for, or were you asking me just to attach it so you can take a look? Is there any sensitive info in it that I should not post?

Re: Bug - Quota Issues? Error: 1002030001

@StephenB I searched all the files for the error number (1014019994) and the context value (system_wnd_prop_volume), but didn't get any hits. I then just searched for the term "quota" and did see these errors below, specifically this part, but including some other errors too for context, etc.

Don't post them publicly.  Instead send a PM to the mods ( @JohnCM_S or @Marc_V ) and ask them to take a look.  Send a private message using the envelope icon in the upper right of the forum.

It looks like you are using ReadyTier - not something I use myself, and it might be part of the puzzle.
