Can't log into Readycloud

Was working fine this morning, then i got disconnected and can't log in vial mobile app, client app or website...is something down??

you need to create a system status page for the readycloud service so when know when there are issues....very frustrating

Re: Can't log into Readycloud

Same Here ReadyClown is not ready.

Just installed my new NAS and have had nothing but problems (btw  NAS 212 fan sound like a gringing wheel.  So thankful for Amazon replacement policies)

Re: Can't log into Readycloud

I get a service denied for every operation related to the user account. Creating a new user account, trying to send back password or simply unregister the account from the box! It seems all the user access layer is out!

Re: Can't log into Readycloud

Finally mine is up and running....I called tech support earlier...useless!  Someone was supposed to get back to me...never did. All they worry about is if my product is under warranty, which the readycloud service has nothing to do with.  I'm looking at going to a different NAS producer. NETGEAR Support is HORRIBLE!!!!l.I bay a thousand for a NAS, only 90 adys of support, and all they worry about is the extra $$ for extended service. There are other NAS boxes that are far better than these...time to change.

Re: Can't log into Readycloud

Hello JerryB69,

Welcome to the community!

Which ReadyNAS model are you using?

If you are using one of the ReadyNAS OS6 units, get to admin page and click Cloud, make sure ReadyCloud is enabled with the same login details you used when you logged in to ReadyCloud URL.

Regards,

Re: Can't log into Readycloud

Hi AndreasM,

On my end I can log on the readycloud portal since a couple of days now. However  it's empty: my drives keep not  showing up.

I've tried rebooting, factory reset  and all this kind of recommended stuff but nothing still.
