Can't register a new user - link in email not working?
We are trying to connect one of our team to our ReadyNAS router on her Mac. She's received the registration email but the link doesn't work. I've just tried going to readynas.remote.com myself and it isn't loading for me either. Is there something going on at ReadyNAS' end?

What router are we talking about there? The model number? (ReadyNAS is usually used to describe Netgear's network attached storage.)
What about the firmware version? Is it up to date?

Where did that URL come from?
If you are talking about the ReadyNAS remote service, Netgear discontinued it last September.
ReadyCloud is the current VPN service (readycloud.netgear.com).
