Can't remove cloud user from ReadyNAS RN104

In the past we've had some users access the data on our NAS through ReadyCLOUD. These users no longer access this data and as such we have removed them from ReadyCLOUD.

 

However, they still show up in the ReadyNAS admin area under Accounts > Cloud Users.

 

When I select a user and click remove I get the following alert...

When I navigate to the ReadyCLOUD area I select the users I'd like to remove and click delete. The page 'thinks' for a little while and then reloads and there's no changes.

 

I've tried this in both Chrome and IE11

 

Please help, this is immensely frustrating!!!

Welcome to the community.

 

I did some tests regarding your report and I was able to successfully remove a user from readycloud.netgear.com using my admin account. There is a possibility that there are some issues with the connection to our cloud server. 

 

Could you kindly try setting up some static DNS on your computer. Please use Google DNS for this test. Also, using the devtools of the browser may help your get some error messages that we can work on.

thanks for reporting issue!IMO you have two options to fix this issue

1.send the log for us to investigate the issue further,we will update you here when we find the cause of issue.

 

2.unregister/register ReadyCLOUD service to see if it can fix the issue,please note unregistering ReadyCLOUD will remove everything of cloud users,so you will need to backup all the data of /data/home/ReadyCLOUD_FOLDERS first.

Unfortuantely, and maybe I should have mentioned this in my original post, I'm a completely amateur here so I don't actually know how to do the things you've mentioned.

 

Happy to try, but will need some more guidance. Are there any articles that would help that you could share?
