Cannot connect RN104 to ReadyCLOUD
My problem is almost identical to this post,
My box also shows the serial number as N0NE000200000 and the Mac address is also incorrect. Firmware version 6.8.0
I have read for hours and tried numerous suggestions howerver it is starting to look like a problem a user cannot fix.
I was hoping maybe a Mod could fix this or point me in the right direction to get it sorted.

NB: A ReadyNas is not an excuse not to have a backup. Fire, theft, multiple disk failures, other hardware failure, floods, user negligence etc. can all result in loss of data.

@mdgm-ntgr - I'm having the exact same problem with a RN104 on 6.8.0
Serial: 3EP134EW00864
Active MAC address: eth0: 28:C6:8E:34:4E:A8

We just updated to 6.8.1 and that fixed the problem!
