Cannot turn on ReadyCLOUD RN104

Hi,

I have a ReadyNAS 104

Firmware 6.6.1

ReadyNAS OS 6.6.1

I cannot turn ReadyCloud on. I slide the greyed Off swith across to On and then it turns Off after 4-5 seconds.

Could you help me out. Cheers

This is fixed. A configuration file was not updated properly and the old ReadyCLOUD account had not been linked to the SSO account. Also the services config needed updating to indicate that ReadyCLOUD was on.​​​​​​​

Was ReadyCLOUD working successfully before? If so, when?

Have you tried a reboot?

Have you checked that the DNS server addresses are specified correctly?

Hi thanks for your prompt response.

 

This is my first attempting at setting this up so that I can access my files remotely as I think it is a handy thing to be able to do.

 

I have just tried rebooting the device and I get the same result. I have bonded ethernet adapters and checked the DNS which is correct (DNS that TPG recommends).

 

When I turn ReadyCloud on, I get the spinner on the centre of the screen for about 5 secs then the switch goes back to a grey Off.

Can you send in your logs (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)?

Thanks for the logs. Looks like there is a configuration file that wasn't upgraded properly. I've sent you a PM.
