Hi,
I have enabled Ready Cloud and created cloud users. But after logging in the ReadyCLOUD client with the user name and password, client says, "Currently you have no connected devices" though I could ping the ReadyNAS. What is the problem?

Hi,
I have created users. I want to create cloud users. I tried through <Accounts > Cloud users>. It asked me to invite cloud user through ReadyCLOUD. I clicked it. a browser window opened. It says "No devices discovered". I have made the "discovery on" in the device. But still the Readycloud could not discover and says "Retry". I could discover only by entering the serial number through search window. Please resolve the issue.

Hi @ramanj123
Your device is not found on the ReadyCloud portal.
Kindly make sure you have joined the NAS to your ReadyCloud account.
Once joined, make sure you have set DNS servers under the network settings
You should see two green check marks under the cloud tab as well
ReadyCloud should be able to detect your NAS and be able to invite users
