Now, Ready cloud is on and services tickmark is also there next to Internet. I have created a user and group in accounts. I have registered also. I have downloaded the readynas cloud app and installed on my windows machine. Readycloud desktop is running in my system. When I log in with my credentials, it is logging in but could not discover my readynas. I have made discovery on physically in ReadyNAS. But still, it says "currently you have no registered devices" in readynas cloud app. What is the problem still.
