Creating a ReadyCloud account
I am trying to create a readyCLOUD account. I however get Create new account error "org.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException: Cannot open connection". Occurs both when trying on PC and on iPad.

Re: Creating a ReadyCloud account
Hello jhml,
Welcome to the community!
I tried creating one here too and got the same error message. It must be the server is down. I suggest trying it again after few hours.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Re: Creating a ReadyCloud account
Same issue here as of tis morning (1/9/2016). By the way , don't try and change the ready cloud account attached to the service for your NAS to see if that will work. You will lose the home folder directories for any remote users you have.

Re: Creating a ReadyCloud account
Experincing the same issue. The Android app is also not working, showing no devices in my list of devices even when I have a NAS set-up. ReadyCLOUD desktop client also cannot connect to the NAS via VPN (stuck in a connecting loop). Attempted to remove my existing ReadyCLOUD account and then create a new one, but now I cannot even do that either due to the errors reported above. Please advise- is there a system-wide outage?

Re: Creating a ReadyCloud account
Hi travrodg,
Welcome to the community!
Have you tried other web browser/s? Which Firmware is running on your system? Lastly, send a PM together with the username you're trying to use in creating your account.
Looking forward to your response.
Kind regards,
BrianL

Re: Creating a ReadyCloud account
Works Perfectly now, Thank you!! However I do have a user that shows pending. That user has registered and has full access like the others added so far yet hers is the only one that shows pending despite having access..
Just FYI

Re: Creating a ReadyCloud account
Hello IT-SW,
Can you try re-inviting the user? I believe when you enter the email address when inviting the user, it will automatically load the account name linked to the email address.

Re: Creating a ReadyCloud account
Says this user is already in the shared list when I try to resend.. But keep in mind, she is indeed in the shared list and accessing files. But when I look at user lists, she shows as a pending invite but she is not, she is registered and working with the files..
No errors with this user, just not showing registered when in fact she is..
Does that make sense? lol ,

Re: Creating a ReadyCloud account
As you can see when looking at who has access in the readycloud list, Melissa shows as pending but when you look at the second photo, she shows as readycloud member.

Re: Creating a ReadyCloud account
Hello IT-SW,
Please check in the admin page > Accounts > Cloud users. Check if Melissa is also there and if showing up as exactly the same, username is case sensitive.

Hello IT-SW,
Aren't both from ReadyCloud page, one is from the Home and other other is from Manage?
Anyway, the update was done today. Maybe give it a day?
