Try emailing customer.service@netgear.com. Also ask them to migrate any registrations made using the old account to the current one.
@Chris1976 To change your email to another one, please login with your old email on readycloud.netgear.com, then click your name on the top-right of the web page, then select the "Settings". Then you can see the "Change Email" link.
