I can't manage my device ReadyNAS 10200

Hi,
I can't manage my device. I have a IP adress to manage it but when I put my username and my password de device don't charge it. My firmware is 6.6.1. COuld you help me?

do you mean you can't login local admin UI of NAS or ReadyCLOUD portal?have you changed admin password before?by default the credential of admin UI is admin:password.
if you don't remember admin password you can perform OS reinstall to reset it to default setting.
