Lack of Netgear Support

Can someone please escalate my ticket. It has been over a month and phone support has been of no help. I have given multiple hours of my personal time with no resolution. Emails back and forth with no resolution. Please someone at Netgear support look at my ticket.

Hi Loskid,

 

It appears that one of our Level 3 support has sent you an email about the procedure that can be done so they can do the data recovery. You may just reply to that email if you wish to proceed with their suggestion.
