Select a folder and select permissions. Make some changes, uncheck someone, check someone else, whatever. Now realize you made a mistake, no worries, just select Cancel (instead of OK or Apply). Guess what, oh goody, all the changes you made get applied anyway and on top of it you don't even know it since the window of course closes! Caused a HUGE issue for me today.
