Coudnt open the cloud in systems getting error as PJRNAME, reinstalled .net and also java, but same issue

Have you tried installing the Desktop Client App on another computer? This issue seems to point out to an OS issue rather than the App issue
Here is a thread regarding this PRJNAME which resolved an issue by installing a patch but the user has Win7 OS. Perhaps try to reinstall the App but disable any security software on the computer first.

I am experiencing the same problem. I have updated Java (and uninstalled old version), uninstalled and reinstalled ReadyCloud. Recently updated OS to 6.10.2. Running on Windows 10 Pro.
