RN104 ReadyCLOUD cannot DISCOVER
Received my RN104 on 20 Apr 2013 setup with 4 WD 1 tb drives replacing my NV+ wanting greater future storage capacity. However ReadyCLOUD website cannot DISCOVER my RN104. I can login online and all is fine. Problem: My network shows the original name of my RN104 while ReadyCLOUD shows the name I gave it during setup. I use the backup button to put RN104 into discover mode but still cannot be discovered although it is there. I do not desire to setup all over again, any ideas?????
