Re: Ready Nas not been seen by Ready Cloud
Are you running 6.5.x firmware? There was a major change to ReadyCloud recently that required users to change their setup. http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/30599/~/how-do-i-upgrade-my-readycloud-account-if-i-ha...

Re: Ready Nas not been seen by Ready Cloud
Hello Poprockfm,
ReadyCloud has been disabled for firmware version older than 6.5.0. Migration to MyNetgear which is a single sign-on account was also implemented at the same time. So, if you are running 6.5.x (where x being 0-2), please make sure you also have upgraded your ReadyCloud account. With MyNetgear single sign-on, the ReadyCloud account names will be changed to the email address that you use to register with Netgear. Please do check the link that StephenB provided if you have not done this yet.

Re: Ready Nas not been seen by Ready Cloud
Hello Poprockfm,
You should be connected tot he same network where the NAS is.
It could be the NAS has a new LAN IP address. Run RAIDar as it will detect the NAS, its current status and LAN IP address, you will get an Admin Page button.

Re: Ready Nas not been seen by Ready Cloud
Hello Poprockfm,
It appears the issue you have described requires assistance from the engineers and/or higher tier who can remote in to the NAS and fix this from the backend. Can you try registering your NAS and contact support center?
