ReadyCLOUD Backup
So I am doing backups of the NAS to ftp.
however whenever I run it I get errors all the time.
It looks like the backup tries to copy over the Netgear created hidden direction and it fails on it.. How do I get the backup to skip a hidden folder or bypass its hidden default folders.
Backup Start Time: Wed May 16 2018 16:03:39
Backup Finish Time: Wed May 16 2018 16:03:56
Backup Status: Fail: Failure during copy.
Failed to create remote directory backups/NASWPB/.readydrop! Quote command returned error
.readydrop! is a hidden folder the the Readycloud GUI cannot see but it tries to copy it. Sick of seeing errors and failures on the backup.

Re: ReadyCLOUD Backup
Hi @tripz001
If I understood it correctly, you are doing a backup through FTP through the backup job. Are you backing up from ReadyNAS to FTP Server or a remote ReadyNAS?
What firmware are you running?
Regards
