Hi @Markovi,
That being said, please take a picture of the sticker that contains the serial number and the model number of the NAS which is found at the rear panel of the chassis. You may send the image to me via private message.
Please enable Secure Diagnostics Mode as well and PM me the 5-digit code (you may refer on this KB article on how to do so).
