ReadyCLOUD app taking a long time to install

I am trying to install the app on 2 windows 10 pcs and I am getting server not available when I try and log in... I have uninstalled and tried the version that was found in the forum and now it’s hanging when installing. Is there something else I can try? I have 6 other PCs that are working fine

 Which step did you hang when you installed it?   Open the detail when you install it.
