ReadyCLOUD not accepting my password

My password is not being accepted by ReadyCLOUD. I was able to access this last week or the week before but, today I have been unable to access ReadyCLOUD with the client or a web browser.

Another issue Windows can not access the NAS from Windows explorer today. I tried tunring on and off the computer and turning on and off the NAS but, I still have no access.

I can access the admiistration functions of the NAS from the browser but, I can not get to my files.

Re: ReadyCLOUD not accepting my password

I'm unaware of any ReadyCLOUD outages today.

What's your ReadyCLOUD username?

On your Windows issue, do you map drives? Maybe you can try command prompt "net use /delete *" and then clear any connections and re-try.

Check SMB settings and make sure it is enabled in the Settings menu.

Re: ReadyCLOUD not accepting my password

Hi ConfusedOnline,

Welcome to the community!

Can you tell us if internet/service are both marked online under the cloud tab? I also tried to reset my password and the first time it didn't work, then tried it again and I received an email to reset my password. If you will really want to reset your password, just try it again.

Kind regards,

Re: ReadyCLOUD not accepting my password

I received an email to reset my password and clicked the link. When I entered the new password I received an error message. I used the correct characters.

Re: ReadyCLOUD not accepting my password

Is it safe to post up my ReadyCLOUD user name in a public forum?

No I think you should pm one of the employees, either me, Kohdee or BrianL.
