ReadyCloud: Device is offline

Can someone help me? I have a normal acces via the admin page, but via the readyCloud still the message device is offline. The readyCloud in the settings is turned on.
Model: RN10211D|ReadyNAS 100 Series 2-Bay

I have nothing changed, only installed new firmware(6.8.1).
Everything is working now perfect.

Hello venneutje,
I understand that readycloud is enabled but when you try to access it via web browser you are getting error readycloud offline. For this concern I would recommend to try to set a static DNS to the readynas device ex. 8.8.8.8 and make is it connected to a network that has internet access.
