ReadyCloud Firewall Settings

Hi All

Wondering if you could give me some information that our Firewall company is after. We have a ReadyNAS unit which we use Ready cloud on. At the moment ReadyCloud is setup on the Readynas and has been working but a firmware update on the firewall has cause this to disconnect now and the firewall company want settings ports/IPs that they need to open up so we can access our files via ReadyCloud.

Does anyone have these details?

It uses port 6300.

The cloud servers are hosted by amazon cloudfront - not sure what IP addresses are used for the VPN servers though.

Port mirroring + Wireshark...

Or tcpdump on the NAS if you're more adventurous and not afraid to void your Support entitlement.

I wouldn't assume that the IP addresses are immutable.

It'd be better to publish the DNS name[s] of the traversal servers.

I think you mean the NAT traversal servers.  I don't know their URLs.
