ReadyCloud / MyNETGEAR Account

I created many cloud users / accounts for shares in the past on my NAS which is running OS 6.XX.XX.  Up till now, I have had great success with little issues.  I have ran into a new issue.  When I try to log into the Readucloud.netgear.com site, it is stating that the email address is for only a ReadyCLOUD account and that I should upgrade to a MyNETGEAR account.  When I proceed with this step, it states that the email is already attached ot a MyNETGEAR account.  I am perplexed and I really, really need this to happen.  Any ideas???

NETGEAR transitioned to SSO (Single SIgn On) to make connectivity with NETGEAR simple.

NETGEAR transitioned to SSO (Single SIgn On) to make connectivity with NETGEAR simple.
