ReadyCloud Problems
We got a Nas and it was working fine until the current firmware update (6.8.1) and since then we have not been able to upload through - http://readycloud.netgear.com.
So this is what we have done:-
Folder 1 = Dandy & Rocking
Folder 2 = Rocking Dandy
File = Rock around the clock
Tried to upload File through ReadyCloud web interface (to 2 different NAS Boxes) - Failed
Tried to upload File through ReadyCloud App Admin Page (to 2 different NAS Boxes) - Worked
Tried to upload File through ReadyCloud web interface to Folder 1 (to 2 different NAS Boxes) - Failed
Tried to upload File through ReadyCloud web interface to Folder 2 (to 2 different NAS Boxes) - Worked
I am sure this is a problem with the naming convention on http://readycloud.netgear.com.
I have contacted Netgear and they are insisting that we pay for Level 3 to look at this so I would like to know if anyone else is having problems like this.

Re: ReadyCloud Problems
If you rename folder 1 (say to Dandy and Rocking), does the upload work?
There is a known issue with downloading files with spaces in their names ( https://community.netgear.com/t5/ReadyCLOUD/READYCLOUD-error-in-file-name-when-downloading-from-read... ). IMO that points to a hole in Netgear's Q/A tests.

Re: ReadyCloud Problems
Yes that works which make me thin it is a naming convetion problem on readycloud which has just started to appear because it was working fine.
