ReadyCloud Windows Desktop app no longer starting

ReadyCloud Windows Desktop app no longer starting
Since today i have the Issue that the Readycloud Desktop app is no longer starting at all on my Windows 11 System.
Windows event logs show this:
An application error occurred. Please contact the adminstrator with the following information:
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Stack Trace:
at Leaf.WebClient.Program.Main()
The only things that changed since yesterday were 2 Windows Updates KB5012159 and KB5012643.
i will uninstall these and see if it returns to a working state.

KB5012643 is responsible for the issue.
after uninstalling that one readycloud is working again.
i do have a feeling that we wont be able to avoid that update forever though.
maybe netgear could investigate why its breaking readycloud?

i found out that the update KB5012643 seems to be causing issues with applications using .NET 3.5 which can result in applications not starting.
is readycloud by any chance utilizing/based on .NET 3.5?
