ReadyCloud app does not save sign in credentials

Hello,

I just wanted to see if anyone else has encountered the issue of ReadyCloud on Windows 8.1 not saving their sign in credentials. I

I've checked the "stay signed in", but I often log on and my username and password have not been saved or I am not signed in. I think this might be caused by shutting the computer down without stopping ReadyCloud or something. It's really annoying because ReadyCloud doesn't even allow you to paste your password in, and my password is really long and random.

Any fix for ReadyCloud on Windows 8.1 not staying signed in and not saving username and password?

Thanks.

This appears to be similar to an older post,

I believe we are still waiting for the fix.

Re: ReadyCloud app does not save sign in credentials

I have had the same problem recently after reinstalling windows 8.1 but got it working after a couple days by simply disconnecting and reconnecting from all the ReadyNas shares.

From My PC -> right click -> "disconnect network drive" on all the NAS shares, then "map network drive" again.
