Hi, I've been experiencing an issue where if I try to download a file, all I'll get is a 1kb text file with the following or similar text in it:\
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?> <request moniker="/root/devices" method="upload" code="1"> <body type="download"> <guid>CENSORED</guid> <value><![CDATA[/data/Documents/year 9/ICT/4 reasons to how my game will be successful.odt]]></value> </body> </request>
Thats whats in the text file when I try to download any file (only the value and guid is different)
What could I do? Is it an issue due to my school or just readycloud in browser?
There is a similar thread in the community that you can look at. We still don't know why this happens to certain users and a probable way to get a solution is to escalate it engineering.
