ReadyCloud files visible in iOS but not in windows file explorer

I have a ReadyNAS Ultra6 that Irecently upgraded. It is running. I have created a ReadyCloud account and it seems tobe working when I use my iPhone to take poictures or to transfer pics from the phone to the ReadyCloud. I see that it uploads the pics to a folder labeled "Recently Added". In fact, when I take a picture, it automatically uploads that pic to that folder. I can view the piucs inmy iPhone. However, whenI go MS Edge (latest) or File Explorer, it doe snot show any file at all. It says all folders are empty.

I can see the files in the browser by selecting properties and login using my admin account. The pics are all there but when I click to view or I dowenload them and try to open them it says it cannot open the file. This happens for all extensions (JPEG, HEIC, etc.).

I am assuming I am doing something wrong. But I amnot so sure. Can someone please help me out with this issue?

Re: ReadyCloud files visible in iOS but not in windows file explorer

Hi rdelassalas,

Is the 'Recently Added' folder a sub-folder or is that a main share folder?

If it is a sub-folder, may I know on which share folder it is located?

Regards,
