ReadyCloud macOS Catalina - Online VPN Disconnected
I have a Mac running Catalina. ReadyCloud Desktop status states "Online (VPN Disconnected)" and the refesh/reconnected button does not resolve the issue. I can access the NAS via ReadyCloud Portal. Any suggestions to get the desktop app to connect?

Have you tried reinstalling the Application? Have you downloaded the latest version?
Do you have another Mac or PC that you have tried using?
