ReadyCloud not accessible via internet (VPN Disconnected)
Hello. I have a ReadyNAS 212 firmware 6.9.3 and ReadyCloud Client 1.1.16 running on a Windows 10. I can access my ReadyNAS both on the iphone App and the web client, but not through the ReadyCloud Client running on the windows system. Tryed to disable Firewall (Windows Defender) without success.
I found other similar cases, but couldn't find any solution that worked for me.

Hi @mharagao
Welcome to the Community!
Have you checked your Network settings? Kindly add DNS servers (Router address and 8.8.8.8) as your DNS. Also, Please try to toggle the ReadyCloud service to restart it.
If you have disabled your Firewall and security software please try to reinstall the app as well with those disabled.
