ReadyCloud sais "Offline" but NAS up and running
For some ood reason I cant figure out whats wrong. My NAS (RN104) runs fine and I can access it SMB and/or BTsync. I enabled ReadyClound (+ReadyDrop and remote), rebooted the NAS and logged into readycloud.netgear.com. Here is tells me that my NASbox is "offline", but the box is happily suncing with my home computer.
Any suggestions what I am doing wrong??

Re: ReadyCloud sais "Offline" but NAS up and running
Firmware 6.1.8
I tried again today, and readycloud shows the name of my NAS, but continues to tell me its "offline"
All this while it is running smoothly backing up all my PC's ???

after some time on hold, they fixed it.
