ReadyCloud token expires
G'day all,
I have the exact same system as my mate who has just bought an RN102 (6.2.2) and I am setting it up for him (or at least, trying to). I want to give myself access to his NAS via readycloud. I log in as him, 'share' a folder using my email address, log out, open email with link, log back in when prompted, but as me, then it asks if i want to accept access, i click yeah then i get a big red error saying 3508080544 Token Expired.
Am I doing something wrong?

Re: ReadyCloud token expires
Perhaps your mate could open a support case? Can you let me know the case number?

Re: ReadyCloud token expires
Hi guys,
Just in case you are still having this issue. Please login to readycloud.netgear.com using the account that you are having issues with. Remove the username and then re-create it from there. Once done, check if you may allow access/ permission to that newly created user to a specific share.
