ReadyCloud will not discover my wifi router.

My Netgear local admin page has my device registered on the ReadyCloud page.

I cannot create a ReadyCloud account because the ReadyCloud site does not discover my device.  I tried putting in the serial number.  It still will not discover my device.

How do I create a ReadyCloud account if I ReadyCloud will not discover my registered router?
